A graduate of Kyiv International University (B.A., 2010) and Florida Coastal School of Law (J.D., 2015), she is admitted to the Florida Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. A former 7th Judicial Circuit Prosecutor, Viktoriya brings strong trial experience to her practice. Fluent in English, Ukrainian, and Russian, she is an active member of the Florida, Federal, and Jacksonville Bar Associations.

A former Assistant Public Defender in Hillsborough County, Tim brings extensive trial experience to his practice.
