A cum laude graduate of Florida State University (1986) and the University of Minnesota Law School (1989), he was admitted to the Florida Bar and multiple federal courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court. Practicing from St. Augustine and Jacksonville, David serves clients across Northeast Florida and remains an active member of local and state bar associations, including the Trial Lawyers Section and the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers.

A graduate of the University of Florida (B.S., 2007) and the University of Miami School of Law (J.D., 2012), he is known for his compassionate approach and dedication to achieving results. An active member of the Florida Bar, Donald is also working toward fluency in Spanish to better serve his community. He is committed to providing trusted, client-focused representation.

A graduate of Kyiv International University (B.A., 2010) and Florida Coastal School of Law (J.D., 2015), she is admitted to the Florida Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. A former 7th Judicial Circuit Prosecutor, Viktoriya brings strong trial experience to her practice. Fluent in English, Ukrainian, and Russian, she is an active member of the Florida, Federal, and Jacksonville Bar Associations.

Tim Croskey, an attorney at Setzler, Croskey, Owens & Bondaryk, graduated from the University of South Carolina (B.A., 2010) and Florida Coastal School of Law (J.D., 2016). A former Assistant Public Defender in Hillsborough County, Tim brings extensive trial experience to his practice. He represents Florida clients with a focus on resolving disputes efficiently through mediation or litigation when necessary. Tim is an active member of the Florida and Tampa Bar Associations.
